Next-Gen Butyl Technology

Unlike traditional SBS-modified bitumen options that stiffen in the cold, the proprietary butyl self-adhered compound provides aggressive, immediate tack. Delivers >75 lbs of adhesion at 39°F (4°C). High-temp stable up to 265°F.

Maximum Load Strength

Fiberglass reinforced for superior dimensional stability. Averages >160 lbs in the machine direction and >130 lbs in the cross-machine direction vs. the minimum >25 lbs standard.

Steep Slope Safety

Proprietary, highly skid-resistant top surface for excellent walkability on steep pitches (8/12+), wet or dry.
